Best Roast Ever!

@SHERIFTV - I agree, the Roast was hilarious, with the exception of this particularly low point in the evening. Don Rickles, this guy is not - he even only gets his one great applause/laugh by insulting Shatner, who isn't even there. Several "jokes" were so tasteless and crude and off-the-mark as to elicit groans (bordering on "boos) from an audience and panel of standup afficianados, and I'd bet even those who didn't know George were getting uncomfortable. Mean-spirited, no laugh without pain.

Makoto ... right on! The first racist/gay zinger or two were average-funny but clearly not popular. By the sixth or eighth abrasive attack *on the entire panel of roasters*, he was clearly going down in flames and still clueless. Couldn't even pronounce his name correctly? (George told me, "Tak-eye means something like 'someone who poisoned a well'".) Disappointing. This guy doesn't know George (or anything about him,) and isn't making friends fast. Very un-funny! XP*
