I have seen weird stuff in the sky twice. Nowdays I will not believe anything that I see here or any film, with all the computer animation and photoshop you can stand by"seeing is believeing." too much fake crap to go through. I think that I'm just wasting time watching stuff like this. All the money that is spent on this endless garbage could feed most of the hungry and homeless in the USA. I know that we are not alone but will have to wait until they land where I can see this up close.

29:05, what is that white object in the sky that suddenly moves up?, I first noticed it at 25:45, 26:30, 28:15, and a closer view at 28:20; thought it was lint on lens or reflection, but at 29:05 the camera is still as the object moves up

it looks like a test oil drilling to me , as for the dark soil i have mates with large work shops and the soils that aint coverd tend to be stained by oils and such ,1. in drilling you use alot of water and grease and oil = stained soil .2 as for the crater type pit around the hole is a wear patern in soft soil from working around the shaft . 3 ,As for the police + the fence telling people to stay away that only makes sence ,so you dont just walk and fall in the shaft at night ,
