If that weren't enough, Windows Movie Maker wouldn't let me publish the whole thing, so once I finished it, I had to start all over again and publish it in smaller parts and then paste them all together. But it was worth it.

I've had the same problem. Is it the media converter problem? If it is, I found out how to fix it. But that's where you're getting clips from, right?

Saving your files as wmv doesn't work all the time. I tried saving my files as mpg and then exported them in WMM and then they publish fine.
