I don't think is better...same resolution, same display size 21,5" and almost the same price...BENQ G2220HD has DVI but I like more the Samsung design!
mine works perfectly on games, movies etc..and I have it for almost 1year...I have not seen any difference in graphics between this and those with DVI!(but that's my opinion) Anyway...it has a good price and worth it!
dude how you keep your laptop close and can still see the main screen on your sansung? because when i conect my lap to another monitor, and i close the laptop the screen on the another monitor stop receiving image..,
try to set ur second monitor as default from Display Properties>Settings or.. go in Control Panel>Power Options>Advanced and select Do nothing at the Lid settings...or Fn+F8(LCD/CRT) to select 2nd monitor! Good Luck! ;)
