that "c" on the flywheel should have a "T" in front if it. this means "top dead center i believe. yer gonna need that when you time that beast when you get it running at least i think. otherwise i think it means "center" either way you may need them marks
after you clean the pistons, give them a nice good spray down with wd-40 or some pb. we used to do that with blocks, you got to keep a good check on them every week or so, make sure they are still coated, or they will rust again.
Chuck you will do ok and i know it is a lot of work and brain power that you don;t maybe have for that project right now.

Keep up the good work, i know what it's like. I retort a Leyland 245, i striped it down, dun meager body work to the mud guards, panted it and belt it up one winter two years ago. It takes time to do it right, but every time you see it you know you dun it all yourself and it's the best you cued do. Well worth it in the end.
