Well remember, you can treat all your reps as a traditional pull up until failure, then you can use a little help to get in those extra reps and that will ultimately help you tear through that threshold and make you stronger in this area and actually help in increasing size....Appreciate the support bader. A vest wouldnt be a bad idea lol

  • ok if you'd wana do these you might wana add like a weight vest..because your too strong to be doing these. You might as well get the maximum effect from traditional pull-ups. Or these ones with a weighted vest. Great videos btw, and goodluck w/ training.
