It doesn't "anthropomorphize a plane." The plane is being flown by a human being like any other airplane. If it was anthropomorphizing the plane, the plane would be displaying human characteristics, not simply responding to human controls like all other airplanes.
If you could shoot, and if it was a fighter plane and you were shooting down other planes, this would be an instant classic instead of a instant fail. The plane looks highly detailed.
@Pattonfrodo and @HaydnRamone he purposely filmed it in Black and White, poking fun at country people who can't afford color TVs and still have B/W TVs with a coat hanger as an antenna. As for those pointing out spelling, Mark purposely spelled words incorrectly, spelling them in a way that a country person would talk. He was poking fun at country folks.
Learn to read please its BarnStorming not brain. In the early years of aviation 1920's there was a system called Barnstorming whre pilots would fly around in towns looking for people to take to another town one they got to the other town they would pick up new passangers, and so on. Like an early day airline.
I wonder if "Mallin" still plays games.

Remember the good ol' days, when an entire video game could be described in a single sentence.
