there is no way it is alien SPEECH. it is sound of meteoroid or something similar traveling in the space. the logic behind my comment is this:

nature of speach is thrz always a sharp drop and intervals but this one starts slowly and fades away slowly, it is very constant..which cannot be speach. highgly developed species can never have horribly under developed speech like pigs and dogs. speech plays big big role in development of species.

We communicate the way we do, based on how our ears, vocal boxes, and brains interpret soundwaves. We also have normal "tones" of speech, for how we discuss certain subjects. These tones vary from country to country to an extent. Now, that logic cannot be applied to aliens, because that is something that applies to us, and our anatomy. Who knows what they use to communicate, or how with certainty?

Aliens, depending on what type of planet they will come from, will have evolved physically to survive in their specific planet and hence, as a product of that evolution will communicate accordingly, in whatever dialect and tone their species uses to communicate verbally.. We have evolved to suit our planet, and communicate on our planet, its a totally different ball game with alien species - we gotta start with a TOTALLY clean slate.

@devilzOwwn Just to put a big hole in your theory the source of this sample is not audio in itself but a radio signal which has been converted into audio. That radio audio was dropped by four octaves to bring it into our human hearing range even before it was released onto the NASA website. And now in this video it has been slowed down (why?!) and the pitch modified further (again why?!) so gradually data is being lost and modified beyond use. This is just destroyed audio data basically.

On the NASA website where the "original" sample was obtained, the scientists responsible for discovering this so-called audio stated that they had to reduce the frequency of the converted radio noise, by at least four octaves so as to place it into our audible hearing range. This audio therefore fake.

@GrumpyGrebo I hate to discredit you but if you knew anything about audio engineering you'd have used the word, "modified" in place of "fake" Merely transposing a set of frequencies down to our audible level is the equivalent of playing a record with a speed of 78rpm at 33rpm, regardless of the transposition you're going to hear the exact same audio signal in its entirety as a whole.

i do alot of mixing for my friends band and i decided to have a go at some of these files i downloaded from the website bout a year or 2 ago. if you have audicty 1.3, the best feature is the "noise removal" get alot of that static out, after changing the pitch and at 80% speed you can already make out "voices"

In one of my videos, I shred the claims of a crackpot by pointing out that the digital process to which he's subjected NASA's data has polluted the signal. You do not need a "house" to get sounds like that of a solar storm for example. Saturn has enough rock material circling it to make such noises. There is such a tremendous power of storms in space... why, I then ask, must it immediately be concluded to be alien speech. The human brain functions on pattern recognition in both sight and hearing, hence easily susceptible to see and hear things that really aren't there or are something completely different.
