  • Did the grappling circuit for the first time 2 days ago. I can barely lift my arms today!! I would only do this twice per week so you can give your body the recovery time it needs after a beating like this.

  • What a fucking badass workout. I altered mine a little, I superset 20 pushups right out of the deadlifts

  • he wasnt kidding about using a weight you can manage. i did one set and went "pfft need more weight" third set i took it back off before i died and after the fourth set i think i did die...just for a few secs.havent tried the second part of the workout,no room.the first part is great though,dont need alot of room or equipment and no changing weights.

  • I bought this DVD... and this right here is pretty much the whole thing. The extra footage is just sparring and pre-fight videos. Shoulda just looked for this first. Oh well, I am a Hendo fan so it was worth the 20+ bucks.
