Can you get the exact angle you want using the grinder to sharpen them?

@Balgore8 yes you can. It has coarse and fine adjustments to get the exact angle you want. You get it by moving the tool bar rest up or down and the knife jig also has an adjustment.

NICE!!! That is the bevel I'm looking for. In my use it just seems to work better out in the field. Nice job too, I was drooling over the edge.
