You realize that stopping power on the mp40 only affects the bullets it takes to kill at far range. Double-tap or juggernaut is the way to go with the mp40 since it kills in 2 shots at close range anyway.

I don't think Bandolier is such a great perk. 1. Especially if you are running around as you are, Bomb Squad is much much more useful. 2. If you are to kill that many people before you die then you should have the choice of about 5 different guns to pick up after you killed them. 3. If you are using MP40 then its fairly close contact and sure to pick up another gun.
