Actually reaction times are not delayed when you know exactly whats going to happen, hence the "flinch" when someone fakes a punch, or any other attack of some kind. When you know exactly whats happening, your reaction time only increases.

again, bullshit, there is no way at speed you could avoid a baseball at one yard, as the reaction time would still be happening whilst or after the ball had been thrown, whereas at 100 yards then the reaction time would be the same, however have more time for you to make a move according to the reaction after it has been send to the brain. i cant believe that now your actually manipulating things i didnt say
