In SC a person violating probation doesn't get them the jail time that was in the contract. Man rapes child - 3yrs probation, several violations of probation - judge renders no punishment. Got off probation, arrested next month, and the next (Assault & Battery). Will never be put behind bars because his family has connections in the system. Victims life was destroyed, and he gets away with anything he does. What are they going to do when he kills someone?
