With how well their doing now, I don't think they need SM's power, connections, and $ 4 a good comeback. Even w/ all the restrictions cuz of SM&AVEX
1) Jaejoong, Yoochun, Junsu(now known as JYJ) charged SM with a lawsuit because they claimed that the contract they signed was to long(13 yrs) and that they were 2 greedy(the band barely got 5% for all 5 of them every time a album came out)
2) Yunho and Changmin are still with SM, they were offered a better contract with SM, and JYJ now formed a sub group and are on a World tour(they're gonna perform @ SanJose, CA on the 24th or something

I'm a pretty new fan of DBSK, and I don't know why, but these boys can make me cry of how beautiful their songs are in less than a second. I just heard this song the first time now, and it's maybe the fifth song that has made me cry. I can't understand how someone can sing as good as they do, it's insane. And I think my heart won't be able to take more of this magic soon.. O.O <3
when i heard about the news on tvxq 3 members: the great jaejoong, the great junsu and the charming yoo chun vs. SM. I really got dissapointed. So now even though i like some of SM handled artist i don't watch them and don't patronize any artist that is with them to support these 3 tvxq member. 100,000,000 mouse can bring 1 tiger down!!! so let's help HERO Jaejoong!! You are right that band doesnt stay forever yet it is still painful to watch one broke apart so suddenly, especially when you really are attached to the band and its members. @mileyzelle TVXQ has paused their activities as a group of five due to the lawsuit filed last year by three members against SM. Musically only those three are active now and only in Japan. But there's a major album project underway with a goal to target all Asia, with Timbaland and Kanye West producing it along with a Korean producer, I can't remember his name right now, so keep your ears open ;)

@mileyzelle Idol groups don't last, it's a fact. I watched an old interview where the guys told themselves that idol music is something they can do only at a certain age (interview was back in 2007 I think) . SM made them idols and continued keeping them as idols when the guys became young men already and want to try different things, to broaden their talents' range so to speak.
@ItsMyFinger well, that's true, but I think DBSK is not only an idol group. their talents attract people of all age, from little kids to the elders. Of course they'll get old and not "idol" anymore but still, if it hasnt been for SM, they can still be a brightest star. Just look at Shinhwa or Fly to the sky, it's been more than 10 years and they're still together and shine ^ ^ hope our DBSK can be back asap
@ItsMyFinger That lawsuit hurt me badly, esp when it makes my boys become so miserable. Jaejae couldn't smile sincerely for more than a year, he even got drunk and fan had to call a cab for him, and then he said "without Cassiopeia I can't live" when he was so drunk to realize what he was doing......He promised to not let us see him hurt or cry and he keeps putting a fake smile on his angelic face. That even hurt me more than if I saw him cry
@cute219 Yeah, I remember the audio of his monologue..... It's not only JJ, neither of the guys is happy with the current situation, I can't imagine or believe how it can be otherwise. I wonder sometimes what's going on behind the closed doors, how the issues are getting worked on between SM and the lawyers... We can only wait, just like the guys told us to.
@ItsMyFinger it really hurt me to say this but.....I think unless they turn 30 and the contracts between Yunho, Changmin are no longer valid then they can be together again.....Honestly, the lawsuit is too serious for everything to be normal again. SM is too stubborn to admit they has been abusing our boys for a long time when JaeChunSu will not let go of their rights and will fight til the end. It's too late to come back to where it starts..........

I also noticed watching old videos improves my mood alot. I got Best Selection 2010 today, the 2CD+DVD version, and was surpsided to find out the dvd has live performances on it, from all their Japanese tours, so I'm going to watch it now :)

@cute219 I think I saw that offshot on youtube but don't remember what it was. But I also got Toki wo Tomete single today and god, was its offshot depressing to watch! I also heard that japanese staff had to arrange the offshot movies for both Toki wo Tomete and later Best Selection so not to show the guys interacting with each other (well, mostly JYJ and HoMIn), so not to piss off SM even more. Damn....

@cute219 as for JJ's smilies, I suggest watching their 3hree Voices dvd, sure it was filmed in the beginning of this year, but still seeing him laughing, making a fool of himself and just enjoying his time in snowy cold Canada is very heartwarming.

when i heard about the news on tvxq 3 members: the great jaejoong, the great junsu and the charming yoo chun vs. SM. I really got dissapointed. So now even though i like some of SM handled artist i don't watch them and don't patronize any artist that is with them to support these 3 tvxq member. 100,000,000 mouse can bring 1 tiger down!!! so let's help HERO Jaejoong!! You are right that band doesnt stay forever yet it is still painful to watch one broke apart so suddenly, especially when you really are attached to the band and its members. Still, TVXQ will be a part of my memory, one that had given me much joys and laughters. If only I'd known them sooner, then maybe I can be spared of this sadness.... Anyway~~ Sarangaeyo TVXQ !!!

@mileyzelle TVXQ has paused their activities as a group of five due to the lawsuit filed last year by three members against SM. Musically only those three are active now and only in Japan. But there's a major album project underway with a goal to target all Asia, with Timbaland and Kanye West producing it along with a Korean producer, I can't remember his name right now, so keep your ears open ;)

@mileyzelle Idol groups don't last, it's a fact. I watched an old interview where the guys told themselves that idol music is something they can do only at a certain age (interview was back in 2007 I think) . SM made them idols and continued keeping them as idols when the guys became young men already and want to try different things, to broaden their talents' range so to speak.

@ItsMyFinger well, that's true, but I think DBSK is not only an idol group. their talents attract people of all age, from little kids to the elders. Of course they'll get old and not "idol" anymore but still, if it hasnt been for SM, they can still be a brightest star. Just look at Shinhwa or Fly to the sky, it's been more than 10 years and they're still together and shine ^ ^ hope our DBSK can be back asap

@ItsMyFinger That lawsuit hurt me badly, esp when it makes my boys become so miserable. Jaejae couldn't smile sincerely for more than a year, he even got drunk and fan had to call a cab for him, and then he said "without Cassiopeia I can't live" when he was so drunk to realize what he was doing......He promised to not let us see him hurt or cry and he keeps putting a fake smile on his angelic face. That even hurt me more than if I saw him cry

@cute219 Yeah, I remember the audio of his monologue..... It's not only JJ, neither of the guys is happy with the current situation, I can't imagine or believe how it can be otherwise. I wonder sometimes what's going on behind the closed doors, how the issues are getting worked on between SM and the lawyers... We can only wait, just like the guys told us to.

@ItsMyFinger it really hurt me to say this but.....I think unless they turn 30 and the contracts between Yunho, Changmin are no longer valid then they can be together again.....Honestly, the lawsuit is too serious for everything to be normal again. SM is too stubborn to admit they has been abusing our boys for a long time when JaeChunSu will not let go of their rights and will fight til the end. It's too late to come back to where it starts..........

I also noticed watching old videos improves my mood alot. I got Best Selection 2010 today, the 2CD+DVD version, and was surpsided to find out the dvd has live performances on it, from all their Japanese tours, so I'm going to watch it now :)

@ItsMyFinger I love all the DBSK songs but honestly the Best Selection 2010 gives me an impression of they being separated so sometimes I feel like I want to anti the songs in those CD :)) [jk] but seriously, I really hate the off shot movie of the Best Selection 2010 >"< they don't even look or talk to each other, and I heard that was because of SM :(( anw, you're right, "as long as it doesn't go down to pessimistic, I'm alright with it."

@cute219 I think I saw that offshot on youtube but don't remember what it was. But I also got Toki wo Tomete single today and god, was its offshot depressing to watch! I also heard that japanese staff had to arrange the offshot movies for both Toki wo Tomete and later Best Selection so not to show the guys interacting with each other (well, mostly JYJ and HoMIn), so not to piss off SM even more. Damn....

that doesnt make them better...it's like giving them an excuse to do anything they want...sure they produced dbsk..but if it wasnt for the fans sm would have stopped promoting them early on...in 2004 sm almost disbanded them if it wasnt for the fans.
