That's what I usually do, since I'm learning the bass. I really do read the comments like yours, then I go and try to do it correctly, re-record it, then post the newer version. That is all part of learning to play correctly! So I appreciate people telling me it is wrong!

It's a Peavey Millenium 4-string. I got it because it's small, the neck is small and fits me well. I had an Ibanez 5-string, I couldn't play it, too big!

Gee, I really don't know. I don't know much about basses other than I needed to get a smaller one with a skinny neck and I found this Peavey Millenium which wasn't expensive and easy to play. I would go to a music store and test some out by see how they fit you. Also, most salespeople at Guitar Center are pretty nice I think in letting you know which would be best in your price range.

Thank you! And yes, you are correct, it is a Peavey. A Peavey Millenium 4 string. I didn't know ANYTHING about basses when I bought it, I just liked the finish on it! However, I'm lucky cuz I love the sound and it is easy to play.

...bass is pretty easy...it might be me but after a week of practicing 2 hours a day i was able to play one and enter sandman perfectly the only problem after 1 year of playing is that i cant play with my fingers as most bass players do i only use a pick or use my thumb and flick the guitar strings when i get a new bass "other one was rented for band" ima try to make videos and hopefully i get a awesome number as views anyway GJ

I play a Peavey Millenium. I didn't know anything about bass guitars when I bought it, it had a small neck so I liked it. Since then I've played other basses, and keep going back to this Peavey. I love it. I play in a band and it is a great bass I think.

Thank you! Behind me is my bass amp which is a Ampeg SVT400?? bass head, a big speaker (don't know how big) on top is a monitor for our band's singer. Right in the front of the video is part of our singer's PA system. I am SO clueless about equipment, but I DO love my Peavey bass.

Its pretty much like reading, if your read books with different types of info then you learn more than you would if stuck with just one type! Have you ever played any Bob Marley songs, Raggae, Jazz or Bluezy stuff other than what you're use to playing?
