what is the purpose of creating a new law for child molester's they all get probation, That is stupid all this cases should be prosecuted in Matamoros ,Mexico I bet all this sick people would be scare as hell by the way it's alot cheaper in Mexico or also they should nueter them alive so they can feel the pain why not other country's they do it and the law don't get involved.
