Dr. McCoy and Scotty were always my two favorite characters on Star Trek. Dr. McCoy because he always said he was just a country doctor, like old Doc Adams on Gunsmoke. And I liked Scotty because of his cool accent and the way he always said "We can't hold on much longer Captain" when things were going badly.
