ALL the blood services managers are ARSEHOLES! and I hope a lot of them see this comment! Seriously, the whole organisation is "managed" by DUMMIES! (if they only had a brain!) The NBS hires down-to-earth "shope-floor" staff....but they hire TOTAL IDIOTS for managers!! Nuff said.
