So beautiful, fam went for christmas 2011 and it was lovely. I don't understand the complaints. All i need when i go on vacation is some sun, sand, and drinks, and they were awesome. The beach is so clean and beautiful, the staff are so friendly and hilarious, the drinks were fabulous, and the rooms were clean and cool, perfect family vacation.
Every time my family has gone there its been great. Don't believe the comments that complain below - the food was great, the beach was gorgeous, and the service was lovely.
@ justplyin2010 i completely agree with everything u just said! we got back 2 days ago & the food sucked ass! we found 2 roachs in our hot ass room. the damn ice bucket they gave us was colder than our mini fridge. also the bars there were trying 2 pass off modelo beer as corona. beautiful place but crappy hotel.
We've visited 5 times and it is absolutely perfect in every way. The beach is by far the best in the Riviera Maya. The service was excellent. The pools and food are amazing. I highly recommend it and can't wait to go back!
DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE! This place is terrible. Service is terrible, the front desk does little to help cause they know you have to stay. The rooms OMG 78-80 F. all day long. Don't go premium the internet is slower than DSL, the restaurants are all booked cause the rooms are so hot and the premium liqueur always runs out so the try to give you the rot gut. DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE
