1)this is the most intelligent stuff I've ever heard you say

2)one must be careful when sharing 'happy news' with people because the receiver may interpret it as bragging; AND there is this truth I find, this UGLY TRUTH about people deep down: they don't like to see you happy if THEY'RE NOT.

The only problem then is finding someone equally as negative as you. And that's a fucking daunting task.

I can tell you from experience that you don't want to put 2 people on a boat that would rather sink than swim. Its like an anchor and someone has to be the life preserver to wake the other person the F* up. I left someone who had no ambition, yet ironically now years later I was left as if I was that person (yet so untrue). There has to be a happy-medium. Its not about being a pessimist or an optimist, but a REALIST. You might feel connected, but continually sad in dual negativity

@itsthemusic11 negativity isn't suicidal. there are people who live single lives successfully without being positive.I wouldn't see it as being as simple as a lifeboat metaphor with two negative people either. It's definitely not practical, but that doesn't mean it could not work. It's all about weighing values, and expectations. If you go into a relationship, negative, expecting it to make you happy then you won't do to well in a double negative relationship. But if your not, who knows.

Good advice (: I never thought about it that way, I learned a few things a while back when I google searched how to be a funnier person (sad right?) well, the best advice I got out of my search was to put myself if funny situations and be in a funny atmosphere, hang out with funny people, and I figured out that you could learn so much from different people, and with all the different jokes you learn, you can put your own twist on things, for example in the way you deliver the joke, or etc. Howe
