Eyewitnesses were being interviewed on radio and TV who reported that something strange had preceded the explosion of the 747, seeing a bright object "streaking" towards the 747. The object turned in midair, closing on the jumbo jet. They reported horizontal travel, as well as vertical. The broad geographical range covered by the eyewitnesses eliminates foreground/background confusion....the bright object had to actually be in the immediate vicinity of the 747.
@MarkGJudy1 All I can say, if it was someone who shot a missile then may they be tormented with the fact they murdered over 230 people including children and babies! Their blood is on their hands!
The next day, with the media muzzled by our Amerikan gov't., all of those eyewitness reports disappeared.......They assassinated SOMEONE, and got away with it....But hey, our government kills whoever it deems a threat (read: political dissident).....Just look at Bill Clinton's body count in Mena, Arkansas alone....Don't forget Ron Brown & Vince Foster.....
At 3:48 in the video, an eyewitness describes seeing a flare, a FLARE, going up from the water's surface, THEN, moments later, an explosion........Faulty gas tank, my ass!
I actually remember coming home and seeing this on the news, and listened to one eyewitness account after another.....and they all said the same thing; an arc of light going UP FROM THE WATER, into the sky, and HITTING the plane, THEN the explosion....

@TheNw1218 ABC's main news theme hasn't changed since it was introduced (in 1978). But it's been rerecorded doe
