Very nice video Ellen. I'm afraid I've never heard of Vilma Banky. Very beautiful wasn't she. I see she appeared a lot with dear old Ronald Coleman. He was a bit unlucky to be around when Erroll Flynn and David Niven came on the scene.

I have to admit that I've not encountered Vilma Banky before so this video was quite educational for me! Vilma was a strong and excellent actress. Thank you for this tribute. I recall seeing a clip on YouTube showing her doing a sound movie. It was poignant, because I wished she could have been speaking a dialogue with Rudy.

This video is very interesting as it gives a glimpse into the early era of movies and the Silent Screen Stars who came to life on the screen without speaking and were so interesting to watch.Vilma Banky was very dramatic and beautiful.
