idk about any of you, pretty much you were fooled to thinking there really is a big differnece in the dvd vs blu ray ploy, and from what i have heard from everyone i know, the only difference is sound, you get the same film as you would on dvd but the sound is more crisp on blu ray, the only reason they want you to buy into blu ray is so they can push more electronics into your homes and make you spend more money then you need too, so whatever buy the hype, but im stickin to dvd!

This is BS. I bought the Deluxe Sin City DVD with 26 minutes of unseen footage. It turned out that it was 4 different rolling of credits. No joke. It was a disgusting ploy. An absolute scam. I felt ripped off and thought there should be rules against this by the publisher. Now they have this, I'm not going to spend another $30. This style of cinematography is no longer novel anyway.

Blue-Ray is the only way to view anything and if your going to be viewing anything it should be the feast for the eyes cinematic master piece that is Sin City. When a person films something. Film here being the key word here; the resolution is at its highest possible resolution.When distributors putting movies out into the market place for our convenient viewing they have to compress the images and sound to get them to fit on to DVD or even worse a VHS Tape

A blue ray disc can hold more and there for the compression is less and if you are telling me you cant see the difference between DVD and Blu-ray theres something wrong with your eyes. And I know invite everyone to attack with hateful comments directed towards the person or persons who say A: that sin city sucks and B: that HD doesnt matter

Actually Susperia1313, I have seen what Blu-ray looks like at a Virgin Megastore in New York where I am from and to be honest I cannot see what the difference is. It is the same thing, the same movie, the same special features expect when you turn the disc over it's blue instead of it's normal clear cover. Wow that's really something to spend 40$ on, like I have nothing better do to then spend my money on the color of the back of the disc even when I already I own the movie.
