Well this is a failure of this siren. I seen another Whelen on roosevelt road by a fire station. Next by it could be a old FS I think. Ithink that old FS is not in use anymore.

I'm going back to Westchester. I just barely made it at 10:00 last time, and based on my video in Elmhurst I think they test these at 9:55.

Man that is an OLD control box. That must be one of those older Whelen 4004s.

That's a WPS-4004, has the Type 2 electronics cabinet on it, as well as a round rotator motor cover. Very nice ambiance recording, too bad it didn't go off!
