Quartus II State Machine With State Diagrams

i have problem when i used two input like s1 and s2, because when i put the fstate is the waveform file, it put the fstate in BURIED, not in MACHINE. I need help, your machine works when is one bit, but two or more doesnt do anything in the simulation
