@carolinaboy46 Right now he's on the PUP list and according to the rules he won't be eligible to start practicing with the team until after a time lapse of 6 weeks, from the start of the regular season, is up. Then the team has a 3 week window to evaluate whether to activate him or put him on injured reserve. If he does play it will probably be proceeding the BYE week. I'm certainly looking forward to seeing what this guy can potentially do in action.

@carolinaboy46 He can't play because at the beginning of the season he was put on the PUP(Physically Unable to Perform) list and according to its rules, a player who was placed on the PUP list at the start of the season cannot began to practice until after the sixth week of the season. If you might recall, Hogan had an ACL injury, caused as a result of playing his last game at WV,  which resulted in his placement on the PUP list.
