  • Would make news worth watching again. Ratings would soar if anyone had the balls to hire him.

  • i just found Jan Helfeld on a search, and find his interviews absolutely fabulous and fall-off-my-chair funny! I love this guy!!

  • Biden, a complete creep, shows how to completely neutralize this guy in anything related to advocating freedom: just say "Oh, yes, I thought you meant one thing by this phrase, but I see now that you meant something else, and I agree", and let Jan talk ineffectually about how what looks to most of the audience like a corrected misunderstanding is actually a contradiction. Then, let Jan praise you for your reason while you remain an irrational creep.

John Stossel is ten times better.

  • @MisterC0 The contradiction you are refering to is that Joe Biden said fear is irrational, Jan pointed out that fear can sometimes be rational, and Joe Biden corrected his statement to something like: fear often gives rise to irrational behavior.

That's the great victory? This is the shameful contradiction?? He didn't even change his mind; he just corrected his wording. I say this not with anger, but with great worry: what the fuck is wrong with you people?

  • Hey its Joey!

  • They all shit the same way!

  • Props to Joe Biden

  • 3:39 Where can I get this picture? :P

  • It's great to know that I am not alone.

  • You're almost there Jan.

Just don't diminish your effectiveness by at times being obnoxious. You don't have to be. They can do that all by themselves.

There are plenty of points you can catch them on without obsessing over a particular one.

  • i bet you could get on freedomwatch, a fox news show with host judge andrew napolitano. ill recommend you. :-)

  • Jan, I like your ideas. Do you agree with anarcho-zionism? (One state sets a free market example for America by concentrating LP votes, then America sets an example for the world) This strategy is outlined in the book "Molon Labe" by Boston T. Party, AKA Kenneth Royce. I am more objectivist than he is, but I also agree with much of his strategy. There is too much philosophizing among libertarians, too little strategy/action. Thoughts? Send me a message or call me at 907-250-5503.

  • You should sue Sacha Baron, they stole Borat from you...

  • Great stuff.

  • Very good, I like this. You rip away all their rhetoric and try to get rational responses instead of their usual routine.

Keep up the good work. You, Sir, are excellent. :)

  • THANKS. Your comments and support are greatly appreciated; they warm my heart. Please refer my site to your friends or the media.

  • @janhelfeld how come the sound doesn't work on so many of your videos dude?

  • I sure wish you luck. I hope you don't take this as belittling, but Jon Stewart might like you. He's big on TV, the two of you would probably get along and maybe he can tell you something that would help.

  • Awesome!

  • Jan, you are a good interviewer and it seems to me your job is well seen by TV executives. You must have a lot of offers from them, don't you? What do you do for living? Do you sell your programs to mainstream stations?

    thanks for your YT output.

  • Obviously, I am making a pitch to drum up offers and interest. Let me know if you have any. Thanks.

  • Good stuff as always!

    Keep at them!

  • YAY! I have been waiting for a new video from you, Jan! You are the best interviewer I have ever seen! I love you brother!

  • Jan is great. He asks questions about basic policy making stuff. He doesnt let them get away with sloganeering.
