@willdye and @metalorangerocks Now I'm not mad at you guys, I'm just stating something. There are many games that use a class system. BBR may use the same names as TF2, but each is still different from the TF2 classes in their own ways. Plus, the overall gameplay is completely different from TF2.

Also, there are other games out there on iTunes that are similar to other games. For instance, Modern Combat with Modern Warfare, N.O.V.A. with Halo. And that company still has a good name.

@iApothecy There are some other things to consider as well. First, these characters existed before TF2 and they have not been altered to match this game style. The idea for a multiplayer Battle Bears game has existed since zombies came out and just hasn't come to fruition until now. Also, TF2's characters are based around the idea for the class, where the characters in BB exist separate from any classes. The only reason for classes is just to make sense of multiple characters playing at once.

If you're really adding a pyro and engineer, have you cleared this with Valve? They might not mind a respectful homage, but if they have plans to port TF2 to tablets, Gabe & the gang might see you as a cheap rip-off. Even if they don't sue you, it could put you on bad terms with Valve & Steam. That can't be good for the BB franchise. A little advance notice & approval could go a long way. If they disapprove, you'd have come up with some creative new classes, but maybe that's a good thing.
