They can use the drill string as the weight to slam the Plug into the top of the well. Once the plug seal's the flow of oil. they need toleave the heavy pipe on the plug. hook up to the BOP again and pump the kill mud to be Able to cement the well up. the sadest about all is in my eyes that their mind is only money pointing.
we need to stop this nonsense and start repairing our nature which we allready destroyed for a good part.
