回歸咁難都係等 15 年 (1982-1997)。點解普選呢D普世接受證實行得通口既現代社會應有口既制度我地要等 38+ 年 (1982-2020+)？
It took 15 years (1982-1997) for HK to make a unprecedented change (the peaceful resumption of sovereignty of a capitalistic city to a communist China).
Now why do we need to wait for 38+ years (1982-2020+) to adopt a universally accepted modern system-- universal suffrage?

Can you imagine a New York City in which the residents could not elect their mayor nor their city councilors? Paris? Tokyo? Then in what way can Hong Kong Government repeatedly brat about HK being one of the great cities among these other metropolitans?
