As unfortunate as it might sound, if all senior citizens received coverage throughout the donut hole, Medicare would likely have been a thing of the past ten years ago.
I do agree however, that seniors should NOT have to pay co-pay for their Part D plans during the donut hole period.
How about instead of focusing on healthcare reform and universal healthcare, Obama takes a look at MEDICARE and MEDICAID reform. That would truly bring CHANGE to America.
Medicare Plan D is a mess. It was essentially designed by the big drug companies to line their pockets. The politicans allowed it to happened because they received campaign contributions from the drug lobby. No one cares about us anymore.
