@TheMuffGoblin Mental is one of the two Controllers in the game, Gadgets being the other. Within Mental you can go down the Telekenesis tree or the Illusions tree depending on your preference.

Then while in a group you can choose to play as "just DPS" and get a buff to damage or as a Controller and get buffs to those abilities and provide power regen to your team.
