My interpreation of this video:

The bunny gets crazy from the crazy world of society and and government and everything about the complex modern world. The world can make you crazy.

Meanwhile Wax is just chillin, fine without all of the fancy stuff society offers, content with the little things. And so when Wax gives the bunny his carrot and gets him away from the big city, away from the government/soceity stressing out the rabbit, he just relaxes at peace with everything.
