  • Hi hi! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my mate got detailed Six pack abs and lost tons of belly fat with it.

  • The reason she looks smaller than 155 is because she is tall and if your saying you look bigger than her and you weigh about the same it's because you are probably shorter than her :)

    once you get there try not to focus too much on the weight. The true goal is to be in shape and muscle weighs more than fat so you could have an awesome shapely figure but be classed as heavy for your hieght.

    Another good tool for assesing fitness is your resting heart rate.

  • OMG Bianca thank you so very much for understanding my GW!! I've been getting a lot of negative feedback saying that I am trying to lose too much weight and/or be anorexic. In no way am I trying to be unhealthy. Like you said, I just want to be my best and my best is in the 130s. I know b/c I have been in that healthy weight range before. By the way, you are doing a great job on WW too and before you know it we'll both be @ our GWs!! Slow and Steady wins the race = )

  • Hi hun! I was just going to ask how tall you are and someone said 5'8, I actually am 5'8 1/2 and am trying to be 145 s my goal so very similar to you. I think your goal weight is ABSOLUTELY healthy and understandable. Although you look great now, you want to be your perfect self, right? me too! And 130's for you, and 140's for me are actually middle of our BMI range. Congrats on all youve done, Im so envious {in a good way} and cant wait to be there, yay for us!

  • fwiw you know that you're in the healthy range currently and you look healthy.

    it says for you, 122 to 164 is healthy. overweight starts at 164.5. obesity starts at 197. you're at 155.3. nice progress btw.

    i know for me, the bmi is completely off when it comes to the lower # for 'healthy' at my height, meaning there is no possible way that could be accurate.

    you're looking good though, so you should feel good about that.
