I never had anything like this before but thats retarded. Like you said nothing has been acomplished. All they did was say... we will try not to do it again... You just lost valuble mail. But thats why you should always get proof of postage. Hopefully the guy did and the royal mail will do something rather than send stupid letters =/

@zips112 I've never had anything this bad, but I've had preorders for games come in 2 or 3 days late, even though my local storage depot is like 40 minutes away. It's a disgusting system.
@JackkReaction Yeah exactly. They fuck about all the time theres videos up here on youtube of the way they act in the sorting office such as throwing packages around and in general no care at all. i mean why do they think this letter would solve anything i mean they are retarded
