There's a man in my neighborhood who I'd talked to who had been so brutalized in boot camp that he's still trying to recover, and it's been over 3 decades now. He is small physically, and I thought this may have made him a target. He told me for a long time he couldn't cope with being in a group of people, and came to the Unitarians to try to overcome this difficulty. He's been living in poverty.
