definitly a gas hog a high pressure gun with a rt and cyclone feed system you might get 600 shots from a 20oz co2 or 350 from a 48/3000 not worth it in my opinion

@ProPorchMonkey cyclone feeder forces balls in at the same rate the gun is firing, so there are much less chops than you would think.

@AsylumKid1 you dont need a dual trigger for any type of response trigger. i like it because it helps me control the way it shoots. using the top notch helps me hold the "sweet spot," and using the bottom notch helps me shoot semi.

@PETER07746 yes and no. the RT makes the guns ROF (rate of fire) increase dramatically so the stock 8bps gravity hopper just wont cut it. think about it, if the gun is only being fed 8bps and the gun is cycling at lets say 20bps, the front bolt is gonna chop paint MUCH more often. you will need to upgrade your hopper. it doesnt have to be a cyclone; it could be a battery powered one. i recommend the cyclone tho since u wont have to deal with batteries and when upgraded correctly- 30bps consitent

it works by using extra gas that is spent when firing the ball and and pushes the trigger back forward. causing it to seem fully autto when really the trigger resets every time there for it is legal.

I think that the Apex is one of the most accurate barrels that u can get, i keep mine on the 5th setting. The fact is that paintballs just are not very accurate.

In all honesty I've bought 3 markers for the price of one Ego. I know it virtually has no repair bill ever but I'll pass on an Ego as I can buy a fully legal AR-10A4 in 7.62x51 NATO for almost the same price and have some real fire power.

response trigger is all mechanical. e trigger is electrical and gives more options(semi-auto, full auto, 3 shot burst, and some others)

Yes, The responce is simply a piston set inside the grip feeding on some of the air passing through the power tube, unlike the E-Trigger there is no batterys hence no other selectable firing modes.

increase the psi input with a reg

1/8" hoses and fittings

thats about it for the rt to fire 20-25bps

Is it the bolt getting caught half way? That's what it sounds. In that case you're hopper probably can't keep up with your trigger and a ball is getting stuck half way into the chamber. Try a cyclone feed or good electronic hopper.

my tippmann is simular same stock i have a jcs ratchet on mine thoe need to get squshy paddles i have 14" empire twister and a 16" smart parts tactical barrel also pro teams star bolt response usually keep it around 12 bps steady i use a 450 hopper durring finale battles in scenarios but use a 250 stock cyclone hopper in regualer play i use a stock barrel in finale battles also that i sawed down passed the last ports so its short and loud pretty cool huh well ill be posting a vid of it soon
