  • Hey, I don't want to be a smart ass please don't think that I am trying to be. But why put the fixed rear sight on with the EOtech? It seems like it defeats the purpose of having an optic if you still have to look through the iron sights. I personally keep a flip up back up iron sight on my AR. Just inquiring...

  • @nowthisis2stupid It's called cowitnessing. What happens if your Eotech fails? Two is one, one is none.

  • Lol... I can of fun stuff!!! :D

  • its not working

  • I love seeing comments about how this isn't silenced. It is, he is just using supersonic rounds. A silencer with supersonic rounds still has a point because it greatly reduces the detectability of where the shots are coming from at range. Also the name silencer is a bit misleading because it cannot fully reduce the shot even with subsonic rounds to silent. A better term is suppressor, because it does just that. Movies and games get the sound (amount of silence) wrong all the time.

  • @MrSpaznout Well put! Thanks!

  • silencers, and suppressors work in different ways, unless they have drasticaly altered the way the firearms functions (i.e. lightened the recoil buffer and enlarged the gateway for the gas-tube) that has to be a supressor.

  • lol what do you call that big black thing hanging of the end then

  • Dont be an idiot, the silencer is working the bullet isnt subsonic, hence that loud crack in the air....

  • Well how do you know? Maybe the bullet is subsonic and it's the silencer that isn't working. Like it's probably a fake silencer You need a class 3 license for a silencer--no different than full auto. If he doesn't have one, and he's puttin' himself on youtube; that's an awful big risk he's taking.

  • @wonclick Yeah i agree about the lawbreaking as well, thats what reassures me that its a real suppressor

  • @wonclick

You don't need a class 3 license. You have to transfer it to someone with a class 3 license to purchase it and pay the $200 tax. The same as a full auto gun - civilians can purchase one made before 1986, through a class 3 license holder, on a form 4. You don't need a "class 3 license" unless you are a firearms dealer.

  • yeah not silenced. fail. Keep looking around you sometimes need to switch up silencers and find the best. its just like tuning your engine for performance.

  • the bullet breaks the sound barrier you ass

    its like cracking a whip

if you shot it inside itd be a whole nother story

  • Fail, that's not silenced.

  • yes it is, its not that easy to supress the sound of a supersonic weapon like that, stop watching movies, there are no m16, ar 15 shooting like a bb gun arround.

  • The point was that it is almost pointless to use a silencer on supersonic ammo.

  • Don't knock until you've tried it. If you shoot any high powered rifle without a silencer it's brutal on your ears. With the silencer it's pleasant to shoot--kind of like a Ruger 10-22. The benefit is really for the shooter.

  • Well I agree with you there. I've shot plenty of high powered rifles and I really can't stand it for long without ear protection. My ears will ring all night long if I don't. Silencers look like a lot of fun but that's still pretty damn loud, I want to hear it with subsonic ammo.

  • you tellin me it you would not shoot it? its a friends rifle and we had fun shooting it

  • haha wtf was that
