  • high schoolers barely run these times its crazy how fast they are

  • both are really great athletes. well done

  • both are really great athletes

  • Your facts are EPIC FAILS! You need to do more research, I can't be bothered talking to someone who quotes the wrong information time and time again. Better, to have an argument about who is better, with someone who knows what they are talking about...and can back it up with facts rather than ERRORS and FAILS!

I won't respond again. Your points are worthless NOW, cos you make so many mistakes!

  • @silverfoxboy We kicked your asses in the Revolutionary War, then bailed you out in WW2, then made one of your Prime Ministers a bitch for one one of our worst presidents.

  • Therefore so not only have you given a confused argument, and been rude...you have also given incorrect facts!

Allyson has never run 21.87 anywhere, and her 21.82 had a +5.6 wind! Pleae when looking for fact check the IAAF website and the individual meets website!

21.81, 21.93, 21.88 are the only times she has run under 22 secs in LEGAL conditions. Hence I was right with THREE and you were very WRONG!

  • @silverfoxboy Just please explain to me why you seemingly believe Sanya to be better. She's good, but you cannot make an argument for her.

  • @wexlerchick

I dont, I gave Allyson the slight edge! You made the comment about sub 50 being the same as sub 22, which it is not! And if you were going on that for time, using their specialist events, that make Sanya far superior! Hence me saying you using that in your argument was flawed, as you were saying Allyson was better. [41 vs 3 is a huge difference, and completely unfair on Allyson]

...And then you brought wrong facts to the table which made the whole thing even worse!!!!!

  • @silverfoxboy So Sanya has gone sub 50 41 times beautiful, beautiful. Okay. You have to admit in the women's 400 the barrier to break is 50 and in the 200 the barrier to break is 21.

  • @wexlerchick Correction the barrier to break is 22.

  • @wexlerchick

    you mean 22!

well I suppose it is 50 for most women! But i think it is alot easier to do that, then to go sub 22! Hence, why Sanya has dreams of doubling...but at 22.17, that's never gonna happen lol!

  • @silverfoxboy I already corrected myself. If it was so much easier to go sub 50 than sub 22, Allyson wouldn't be cleaning house with 50.xx left and right on the circuit.

  • @wexlerchick

At the moment she isn't good enough at it! She hasn't a clue how to run it, in terms of the race in my opinon! If she did, I could see her going sub 49 just like Sanya! I was expecting alot better of her tbh!

I at least thought if Sanya stuffed up the next olympics, Allyson would at least get it, anything to stop Christine! :@ But, now I'm not too sure> Hopefully she follows what she said on Saturday, and starts training really hard for it, cos this half arsed shit wont fly!

  • @silverfoxboy Oh, so you're a Brit, huh? I don't know I wouldn't count on Christine to retain at the Olympics, even though the 4 is much weaker than the 2. I always thought you Brits were obsessed with Nicola Sanders, guess I was wrong.

  • @wexlerchick

I hate Christine LOL! The day she beat Sanya was the worst day of the olympics for me! Hence why I need Allyson to step up her game, so if Sanya aint doing much, she'll win it and not Christine. Dunno what Shericka has been playing at this year either!

  • @silverfoxboy Also you do realize this whole thing started with me stating Allyson is a bit faster than Sanya, right? 10.97 VS 10.93. Yet you decided to start arguing 400m times as if they both specialize in the 400m. So, do you think Sanya is faster or what?

  • @wexlerchick

no, it started because you said Sanya has come nowhere near her PB, and I stated she had last year!

  • @silverfoxboy No it didn't. I responded to a comment that Sanya and Allyson were of equal speed, I pointed out that Allyson had the faster 100 meter pb, which she does. I then pointed out as well that Allyson had come CLOSER to her pb in her event more times than Sanya in hers which is also a FACT. How many times has Sanya been under 49? And how many times has Allyson been under 22?

  • @wexlerchick

Allyson has run under 22 secs, 3 times LEGALLY

Sanya has run under 49 secs, 4 times LEGALLY, would have been 5 if she had not eased up in Berlin!

  • @silverfoxboy Allyson is better than Sanya. Neener, neener, neener. If Allyson loses at the Olympics and Sanya wins I might change my view. But, if Allyson wins at worlds and the Olympics, I'll never change my view. Ya know 2012 will be Allysons third 200m final, Sanya's 2nd 400m final.

  • @wexlerchick

I already said that Allyson has the slight edge! Are you in pre-school, wth is neener, neener about? Can't you have an adult conversation?!

Wow, on the finals, Sanya has been in 3 too, you are so factually incorrect!! She ran 50.19 in 2004, in the final LOL!

The issue is, if Sanya performs 100% no one else is running below 49 are they?!

She wins. If Allyson goes 100%, 21.81 wooo, but she has to hope Veronica Campbell Brown isn't on form cos 21.74 will own her!

  • @silverfoxboy She ran 21.87 in Stockholm

  • @wexlerchick

she ran 21.88 in Stockholm with a +1.3 wind on 31/07/09! Wrong AGAIN!

  • @silverfoxboy Oh one question are you a male who has sex with other males?

  • @TrickSports No, she's not. Allyson is a bit faster. Sanya's PB in the 100 is 10.97, while Allyson's is 10.93. Plus Sanya has come no where near her PB is her special event, the 400, while Allyson has come very close to her PB in the 200 numerous times. Makes you think that Sanya's PB was a lucky one.

  • @wexlerchick

didn't Sanya run 48.83, 48.94 last year?! and her PB is48.70, so not far off. It isn't easy to run under 49 seconds, compare that to how many have run under 22. Most of the former are suspected drug cheats!

  • @silverfoxboy 48.83 and 48.94 is NOT 48.70. Are you saying people who run under 22 are drug cheats? Or people who run under 49? I would compare running under 22 with running under 50, not running under 49.

  • @wexlerchick

yes but they are less than 0.25 secs off, so very close. Im refering to the sub 49ers, who many believe lack credibility.

If you would compare running under 50 to running under 22, than by your logic Sanya is much better! Seeing as Sanya has been under that 41 times, and Allyson has only been under 22, 3 times!

So I think what you have said, makes that extremely unfair on Allyson.

Your logic has made me defend Allyson after defending Sanya from your last post LOL!

  • @silverfoxboy You're spewing bullshit. Allyson has been under 22 more than 3 times. She went 21.81 in Osaka, 21.93 in Beijing, 21.87 in 08 Trials, 21.88 in stockholm, etc. She holds the Junior/Highschool record of 22.11. Sanya has a faster 60m, Allyson faster 100, 200, and 300, Sanya the faster 400. Allyson also has the fastest 4x4 relay leg of any American female of all time including Flo Jo. Allyson is the ONLY 3 time world champion, male or female. Yet Sanya's better? Sanya doesn't have the

  • @wexlerchick medals to compete with Felix. Sanya is great in her own right, but she isn't as versatile or as successful as Allyson. The 100m isn't even considered one Felix's best distances yet she was U.S champion for it this year. I forgot to mention she allyson ran 21.82. Holds the 300m indoor American record. I honestly have no idea how you think Sanya is even remotely better?

  • @wexlerchick

    No need to be rude!!!

Those times were WIND AIDED, especially the US Trials 2008! These are the only ones that aren't.

I did say Sanya was better. I defended her!

It was you who equated running under 22 to under 50, which is not nearly the same. Which makes Sanya sound better cos she done that alot more times than Allyson has gone under 22! That's what I was saying. I have defended them both cos your logic has been all over the place!

  • @silverfoxboy

and yes Allyson has achieve more in terms of WC success no one can dispute that. You said Allyson has the fastest Relay split, true..but she can't run the 400 very well on its own. This year was supposed to be her testing it out, and I was expecting 49.2 at least. She might have won all her races, but her times are frankly nothing that Sanya should be scared of after what she did last year. If Allyson is gonna double she has to step it up.

  • @silverfoxboy

    In terms of PBs/PRs, looking at 100m, 200m, 400m

combining them overall they are very close. And I would only give Allyson the edge over Sanya cos she has the slightly faster 100m time! (Even that is unfair to Sanya she ran 10.97 into -0.7, Allyson ran 10.93 with +1.5. SO any statistician would say combining those wind, Sanya would have ran

200m she's better, but 400m the gap between PRs and even what they have done in the last 2yrs is heavily stacked in Sanya's favour!

  • @silverfoxboy

    *the faster race

  • @wexlerchick

Lol that 21.82 has +5.6 win!

  • @silverfoxboy

    The first post...typo:

I didn't say Sanya was better

  • It was tight, but it was a clear victory for Allyson. Her torso clearly hit the line first. Still, great charge by Sanya Richards.

  • wow good race all over

  • Sanya; girrrl! This caught me by surprise!

  • Sanya is Jamaican...

  • 10.97 (-0.7)

  • is ato boldon who repor dis? yes,no true?

sanya richards is big definitely ,big dem up

  • felix and sanya r both VERY HOT!!!! I HAV HEARD THEY R NOT THE BEST OF FRIENDS

  • Just because they are both American doesn't mean they have to be friends. I don't think they are enemies either, just competitors and rivals. I think both know either has the potential to compete in the others specialty and win (as witnessed here.) I don't know if Sanya has beaten Allyson in the 200m, but I know the opposite is true with Allyson beating Sanya in the 400m.

  • Sanya has not beaten Felix at 200 m, not yet.

  • @sequiaonda78 she has. A very long time ago the first time the ever raced.!

  • How come they gave it to Felix (she's so hot ^^) when the final time says it was draw between her and Richards?

  • Fantastic run by Sanya !!

  • Rofl at the photo

  • but it looks like sanya won look at the photo

  • is Felix tired? I never thought Sanya could give her some go in the 200m!! I may be predicting to early but Sanya could be able to do a 200/400m double if it's manageable at the olympics..

  • It's been a long season for Felix and she is tired. She also won this race. Remember, it's the torso and felix was centimeters ahead. But, a good run by Sanya though.

  • WOW! Nice race.

  • So was it tie or not? And what were they basing it on if it wasnt?

  • first view

  • Congrats =D
