Yes. Other characters to which Bugs was the foil were Cecil Turtle, the gremlin in the airplane, and the mouse in the piano. Bugs usually had trouble dominating smaller adversaries and in the cases with the turtle Bugs was practically the antagonist-almost like what Daffy was to Bugs.
