Just a comment to a comment. English Pudding is what Zuppa Inglese is with an Italian Twist. Zuppa means -soup in Italian as does Inglese in Italian is meaning English. So the title of the dish is English Soup...or in the cultural cooking sense..."English Pudding".

I don't remember watching Nonna or Mom making it. Personally, the Tiramisu that I have experienced had too much bitter cocoa on it. I am not a big coffee fan either. So , I will have experiment to find a proper balance. When i make it for the next video on desserts. I will try to keep looking for a variation that goes lighter on the cocoa and expresso. I hear also sometimes people have trouble finding Marscapone.I have found some recipes that have substitutes for Marscapone.
