Basically 10 or 11 years ago we had the hottest year ever due to El Nino affecting the climate for a couple of years after it happened. Every year since then has seen hotter than 'normal' temperatures except they haven't risen above the freak year caused by El Nino. Hence Davies saying 'no warming in ten years'.
So many inaccuracies it's unbelievable.
