  • When she shakes her head is that when you are pressing the collar button? (When you had the leash she never shook her head (does that mean that you were not using the collar then?) Did she shake her head at times you weren't pressing the collar button? When you handed her to her owner her head-shaking escalated immensely. Six or seven times it appeared that she shook her head (or continued to shake her head) when she was next to her owner. Is the head shaking a side effect of this method?

  • @MarthaWindisch One quick answer I can give here is that the majority of the time she is shaking her head, I am not doing anything with the e-collar. If you look closely, it appears as though something is tickling her left ear. perhaps a bug. I have however seen some dogs, who when you first use the ecollar, will shake their head, only in the beginning as they are trying to figure out what the weird new feeling is.
