@DexRepublic did you to listen to the rehearsels of a night in central park with andrea boccelli ?? ... she did the prayer in the original key... and she did a superb job ... but it's not possible to do that night after night for a full show. She needs to be careful with her instrument.

It's not playback. I'm a musician who works in the recording industry. Although, like many, she has often used playbacks by choice or not,...yet, this time it's real.. there are many subtle diffrences in all her performances so far. Good for her if she always sounds the same.... it proves that she has good control of her voice. I'm not a fan here taking her defenses lol... I'm not a fan at all actualy... just fell on this after it was posted on a friend's fbook profile....

I'm a fairly big Celine fan, and will happily admit she lipped a lot during A New Day and the Taking Chances tour, she did also sing a lot of it live. But having heard a few different recordings from the first two nights and rehearsals, the new show is 99% live. The only obvious lipped note is the big note in All By Myself. This is 100% live for sure.

@dbly88888888 all the fans know this :) she uses pre-recorded vocals maybe to preserved her voice for the future in concerts or in making albums. She just takes good care of her voice. MHWGO, WDMHBN, The Reason, IACBTMN, power of love- are pre-recorded but the rest it's live. But i'm amazed of her when she uses the pre-recorded vocals because when you watch her it's like she's really singing because when you look at her neck its moving like singing in vibrato
@carolinebernardo34 celine is a pro in lip synching, it makes it difficult for me to tell whether she's singing live or not, it's like i can't trust celine anymore...
I saw her "A new day" show twice in Vegas in the first few rows both times, her voice was perfection throughout both shows, never an off-note so it does make one wonder, but regardless, I'm just saying I am very open to the idea that she has recorded all songs performed newly in a studio and then it's playback for her vegas shows, if she is lipping to playback I've seen her twice and she does it IMPECCABLY because I have watched (with binoculars even up close) lol, IMPECCABLY so who knows??
I have never been one to emphasize or even really 100% believe that she performs to a lot of playback but I have thought it was possible, her songs are so difficult with such high, extended notes, so saying that, does anyone notice at 1:39 that something changes with the audio? Perhaps it is just the person's recorder here, not sure but something DEFINITELY changes going into the first chorus at 1:39. If it is playback, it is a current recording because her voice does sound like this today.
100% live but 100% lowered than the original tune..she can sing all night when it is in lower key! a lot of people 4get to notice that!

It was my device moving in 1:39....Nothing is wrong with her voice....You can see that the video is changing at the time....It was 100% live
