WARNING!! I took melanotan2 as directed. Yes, I went dark ok. then stopped for a while. I began to take melanotan2 again, this time, I had a rush of blood to my head, my face went bright red and I felt sick, queasy for a few days, then it went off. Ayone else have anything like this happen to them
@psychicsnoop that happens the first few shots because youre body isnt used to it yet. try some marijuana or an anti histamine like benadryl before and/or after the shot
I am not going to bother getting into ANYTHING here. I'll let me name say it all, and wish anyone that wanting to get into the madness goodluck. Nature Knows - even when you don't any better.
I am taking melanotan II and i can say its great, i startet with 0.1ml for 5 days, went to 0.2ml for 5 days and in them 10 days i had three 8min sunbeds then stuck to 0.2ml every 5 days, i have been on for 3months now and not had anymore sunbeds, and my tan looks brilliant........
it gave me some marks where i did iniejcton and is not nice... i m out of the drug 8 mounths ago and still have!!!! hope they will go away soon! anyone has this problmems?
what about melanotan one. I use melanotan one, but just started. Have not had serious side effects, just a bit dizzy for a minute or two and a red face for about 30 min.
been using it for a month ..and you do get a great tan ..side effects i got was a little bit of a sicky feeling which subsides by the 3rd injection ...and a raging hard on which aint a bad thing ...it's good shit ..the side effects all depends on the person
she isn't even that pale before the melanotan....i'm 4 shades whiter than her, so on a rating of 1 - 6 if she is almost a zero, i'd hate to think what i am!!
Folks should be aware that there are other videos on YouTube talking about "melanotan". These others are NOT about Melanotan II but rather melanotan one ("afamelanotide"). Melanotan one has had numerous human clinical trials & studies in both men & women while melanotan II has had only a few FDA approved ones, only in men. Some internet vendors are relying upon these Melanotan ONE videos to sell Melanotan II by portraying it as having been studied and trialed extensively. This is false!
"The increased production of melanin in human skin is called melanogenesis. It is stimulated by the DNA damages that are caused by UVB-radiation,[1] and it leads to a delayed development of a tan. This melanogenesis-based tan takes more time to develop, but it is long lasting."
In other words *sigh* get out in the daylight more and stop covering yourself up all the time..
This last bit of advice doesn't help type I & II individuals who are unable to tan no matter how much "daylight" they get. With the Melanotan peptides these individuals can gain the protective benefits of a melanin tan.
As I understood it she avoided "daylight" on a regular basis? It may be the long term cause, since then the skin never really gets a chance to "adjust". But I know there are people, redheads mostly, that seemingly doesn't produce (much) of the necessary stuff that let's the skin tan..
But still, slowly letting the "mechanisms" get used to sunlight from an early stage is important, the sun has been here for us from the start and given us life.
Yeah I agree with frbe0101, look at thyroxine, another hormone. People who are hypothyroid end up taking synthetic thyroxine daily for the rest of their lives with no side effects.
Still in testing, best to wait. As for people who are againts sythetic hormones please go and complain to the millions of women who affectively and safely use birth control. Sure sythetic hormones can rarely cause problems but the benfits usually outweight the detractors.
Mel- I am also not liking all the stories I read about people getting thousand of dark moles and freckles all over their body. If this is supposed to save your skin from agin, why does it REALLY AGE the skin in virtually every user!
They aren't really moles..they're like little black specles that go all over your body as if you rode a bicyle really fast through black mud and bits flung all over ur skin..supposedly u get more freckles if u ever had them in ur life..oh and this chick reported her lips having purple spots on them after just a small dose (hyperpigmentation?) idk sorry if i scared u off lol
melanotanvideos- Do you approximately when this will gain FDA approval for those conditions? I am really afraid to order from a sketchy supplier and would much prefer a doctor doing it. Also, how bad are the freckles? I get terrified over these.
Not sure about the FDA but it appears very likely that melanotan one will gain approval for market release in Europe (and perhaps Australia) in this coming year (2009). After that it will probably be a short wait before the FDA follows suit. I don't blame you about being hesitant to go with internet suppliers, none of them will sell you the peptides for human usage. Still there are likely already thousands of individuals all over the world who are currently using it.
You are wrong. Neither of the Melanotan peptides have been banned in the U.S. though it is illegal to market and sell it as a drug for human usage (which is mentioned in the video). Either peptide can be gotten easily. Neither has been approved by the FDA. Melanotan one will likely soon gain approval for medical conditions like Erythropoietic Protoporphyria, PDT Phototoxicity, Polymorphous light eruption, Actinic Keratosis, and Solar Urticaria. Off-label use for tanning is likely though.
The amount of time she took it was too short for her complexion. If she'd have taken it another 3-4 weeks she would have gotten quite a bit more tan. You can see examples of this in the forums of Melanotan(dot)org (look in the forum log areas).
i'll pass on this. there are no longterm studies or placebo controlled studies on this. When you start using outside hormones on the body it just asks for trouble.
This works as directed. Melanotan 2 is much stronger. I would only recommend it for people who only burn in the sun no matter how hard they try.

Injecting a synthetic peptide would not cause you to become sick for a few days.
