As an atheist, I often say things that offend others and use freedom in this way and wish it to remain so.
Many state that atheism is hate speech. Freedom is the freedom to be offended as well as offend.

Being atheist doesn't by default make you liberal. A lot of us are libertarian and abhor any restriction of free speech. I don't believe that it's just a coincidence that the video deleted was anti-islam - I'll bet YouTube saw your video as "hate speech" and then hid behind "copyright violation". You see, "hate speech" can work against you too.
