  • And to think she was behind much of the planning of the various events that dark weekend; laying in the East Room of the White House, the Rotunda proceedings, the poignant walk to St. Matthew's Cathedral, and the burial in Arlington. Pure class in my book. RIP JFK and Jackie.

  • Not only him also other great figures show us that we all can reshape the world to our sense of purpose, what we see today is what people " WANTS "

  • what is better the death of one man or millions?

  • @humberlick neither is "better" and most especially in this very tragic case. The world is a much poorer place for his loss.

  • Good tribute video...I was searching for Jackie evancho in Dallas and this popped up, as a history buff, democrat, and native Texian I had to check it out...nicely put together

  • "Ask Not What Your Country Can Do For You,Ask What You Can Do For Your Country" - John F. Kennedy

  • Very nice video :)

  • "Do not pray for easy lives, pray to be stronger men."

That's the best quote I've heard in my entire life. This man was amazing, may his sould rest in peace.

  • Actually back then it didn't always change his name when he became president was Lancer everyone had a codename and every important presidential place had one like his mother's Rose was Coppertone and Air force one was Angel and when Ted Kennedy ran for the presidency ( he got a secret service name because after Bob was shot it was issued that the secret service provide protection to presidential candidates as well) his codename was Sunburn .

  • My favourite JFK quote is:"Forgive your enimies, but remember their names."

  • I thank you so much for posting this wonderful video about our beloved President Kennedy.

  • @tenngirl75 Hardly.

  • No the Jewish people did not kill President Kennedy, you are a lost soul and you are sick trying to post that here. Go elsewhere!!!

  • @cathytreks not the jewish people did it, but the jewish mafia. i'm serious.

  • @rooizilver

When making such statements please be careful not to label all jewish, but the group who did it. also provide your source. Thanks.

  • @cathytreks CIA AND MOSSAD KILLED HIM,YOU CAN'T BLAME JEWS,BLAME MOSSAD AND CIA

  • Jews are killing Kennedy

  • What's the song called that is in this video?

  • @FanofBewitched "Remember" FoB, and may I complement you on your video tributes to Jack and Jackie Kennedy.

  • @cathytreks Thanks:) I had a lot of fun working on the videos. I was trying to make a video using the song Heaven 911 version. But when I got the video posted the song was blocked and taken off:(

  • @FrlghtWolf Sorry you have lost your faith in the goodness at heart of most sincere people.

  • Ugh! One Youtube CLICHE after another. Including the obligatory sappy song. Jee Zuz, could you get more predictable? JFK "Lancer" forever? What the hell is a "Lancer"?

  • "Lancer" was the American Secret Service code name for your American President JFK, just as each and every American President is given their own unique "code name" by the Secret Service.

Your other recent good president Bill Clinton for-Instance was code named "Package-8" by your American Secret Service.

Respectful regards to one of your greatest Presidents from a Kiwi Film maker, and still an admirer of the United States of America and the Nation for which it stands.

  • @cathytreks

    Dear Cathy

Lancer was the American Secret Service code name for President Kennedy during the travel to Dallas only.

I suppose that the code names changed every month or for every travel, but I'm not sure of it.

Anyway, at Dallas President Kennedy was Lancer, Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy, was Lace, Caroline Kennedy was Lyrics and John Kennedy jr was Lark.

It was a national tragedy in Italy too!

    Thank you

  • I miss JFK and RFK very much.

I can imagine if JFK and RFK had reached the age of 70, how they could have entertained people with speeches and other things.

    Destiny is destiny.

  • i feel so sorry..

    not for him.

    he was a giant!

i feel sorry for the nations!

unfortunately humans like him dont have place to politics

  • He had fire in his heart,

  • JFK is my idol. He died long before I was born. But if there is a heven and I hope to God there is then he is there still striving for peace and harmony.

  • I was not alive when the Kennedy tragedy occured, but , it is a day that America will never forget. Hard to believe it has been 46 yrs. Jackie. she was such a beautifull and classy woman , and to have all of that placed on her , aswell as trying to be a mother. she handled herself with all the strength and class that only Jackie could have. Now they are together forever.

  • Wow 46 years ago already.......

  • obama is a robot in the white house. He does not belong there. And we still question the validity of an American birth certificate. He spent $2 mil to cover it up, so far

  • Details (and proof) please. And "we" don't question the validity of his birth certificate or his presidency. Speak for yourself.

  • The burden of proof lies with Obama. He needs to show his birth certificate university papers and all college records.

McCain showed his papers when demanded. this one did not. WHY???

He spent close to $2 million to prevent exposure of his papers. America is on the line for this imposter. Wake up America.

  • Totally agreed CT, and God Bless America!

    Col. Green (Ret.)

  • America survived this great man's death and it will survive the Jimmy Carter clone in the White House now

  • The verdict is still out on President Obama but I already put him up as at least as great as Clinton was, and maybe Kennedy, someday.

    Bush was horrible!

I pray for the U.S. though I am from N.Z.

  • thx bud, its nice to know that some people still like the U.S.

  • I agree that Bush was horrible & I'm surprized he wasn't either impeached or assasinated. Terrible to say but true.

  • Wishing death? How nice. I don't like Bush, but I don't wish death on the guy.

  • A great tribute to a great American .

A man who symbolised Americana ....JFK !.

  • 2:15 so sad!

  • I know you guys are gona laugh when i say this but Jackie suit is just as pretty as it was over 4o years ago!

  • That's true: Jackie's taste ran to classic styles in good taste. Some things never go out of style.

  • book keeper they dont hsvr gppd deogners ;ole they used too!

  • I admire JFK very much. He was one of the best presidents US ever had.

I also like his wonderful quotes.

Many of them are applicable even today, such as this:

"My fellow citizens of the world: ask not what America will do for you, but what together we can do for the freedom of man." John F. Kennedy

    or this:

"Our problems are man-made, therefore they may be solved by man. And man can be as big as he wants. No problem of human destiny is beyond human beings."

    John F. Kennedy

  • It's just hard to believe that a great person like him could just go away so easily. Just a shot and...he was gone. I try to think of what would have happened if he wasn't assasinated. Three boys of the same family killed in an American conflict...boy

  • every time i see president kennedy it makes me feel proud of being an AMERICAN! he was a great president. we need a president like him today. i think america would of been a better place if President Kennedy had lived. R.I.P Mr. President. GOOD BLESS AMERICA!!!

  • jacky O was a class act, and john john, his wife and her sister R I P, imagine all the people, living life in peace. this song is so sad, but lovely

  • i love it he was he best, very sad,omg how true, great job
