@lilow95 No, the graphics mod can mess up brightness settings, but it looks fine for me in this video, except maybe for a couple of clips which are from LATD. I guess icenhancer doesn't work equally well in all versions of GTA.

Some gamma inaccuracies can come from youtube's processing, but it doesn't look bad at all on my TV.
