fuck the court of human rights every time i hear those words it makes my fucking blood boil. send this prick back to Jordan. He does not deserve the comfort of this island.
@29harveydinio Well, if he didn't break the law why was he arrested then? Detention without a conviction? What kind of kindergarten legal system is that?
@TheCentralServices Because he is a threat to our national security. Did you watch the video or what? He came to this country as an illegal alien who is wanted for charges all around the world. His dangerous nature has been fully attested by the courts in this country. But we should be a safe haven for any would be terrorist...get real!
@29harveydinio We have learned that the man travelled to the UK in September 1993 and requested asylum. He was granted asylum the following year. Your terrorists are homegrown. The only people recently imprisoned in Europe without a trial we remember, were the Jews at Auschwitz. Detention without a conviction! Are you drifting back to the middle ages?
@TheCentralServices Fuck you for making the Auschwitz analogy. Yes, and it is the right of my country to revoke his citizenship at anytime they choose especially if they are a threat to national security. Your advocating that we should be safe haven for men like Abu Qatada. As we speak Qatada is out of prison and being monitored by 60 police officers which is at the expense of the British tax payer. I think he should be deported to face trial in Jordan.
@29harveydinio What EXACTLY do you mean by "threat to national security"? Something like the orange people, the IRA or Tony Blair?? Is deporting an unconvicted man to certain death and torture you definition of justice? Guilty until proven innocent?
@TheCentralServices Did you watch the video where I have detailed exactly what he has done? Or do you lack comprehension skills. You are a fuckwitt and your inane comments are starting to annoy me. He would not face torture in Jordan, we have assurances that he wouldn't and the European Court of Human Rights accepts this as well. You have not answered one fucking question I have asked you. Why should the UK be a safe haven for the likes of Abu Qatada? and is this not a dangerous precedent?
@29harveydinio He is a threat to national security because he preaches violence against our citizens. This man was one of the inspirations for the 9/11 attacks and he also been funding terrorist groups. If you keep answering like a fucktard I will block you, I am not in the mood to put up with your inane drivel.
@TheCentralServices he murdered 2 ppl in jordan was bin ladens right hand man preaches hate on uk streets he even came here on a forged passport is that coherant for you enough
@mrhitmanisback No, it isn't. He was never convicted in Britain for killing 2 people. If he is really guilty, why don't the uk courts pass a sentence?? Do you also support the principle of "Guilty until proven innocent"? You and your legal system are a joke! Legitimacy has nothing to do with politics!
It is gonna cost over £100,000 a week for police to protect his sorry ass from vigilantes and we are all paying for it. No-one wants this fat twat in the country. Fuck his rights and also the European court of rights for being a bunch of soft fuckin wankers. He's in our country, we should be able to do what the fuck we want with him. This is only sending a message to all terrorists saying ''HELLOOO , COME IN!''. This was once a great country. Why are we letting them invade us? It's so pathetic!
@Steve06669 Okay so no one in the government/ lawyers or politicians that did not even disagree with the judge? Or somebody is making a move like to deport him ? I’m not from UK so please update me? I hope someone or a group is doing something against this dumb judge and hoping this scary muslim dude to be deported?

@Afriboy10 I agree and Amnesty International is an organisation I respect. As I said in the video that I may be drawing too crude a line between the two cases, but Amnesty now has form on this issue and it makes me question their judgement when it comes to cases of this importance.
I'm not sure about your assertion that our sovereignty is being compromised, but I am leaning more towards your view that he should be deported to Jordan. If the Jordanians torture him, that's their government's wrongdoing, not ours.
@Gunderson002 Well if we can not deport him because a court in Strasbourg says otherwise is that not saying we have no right to self determination? I think this does raise issues of sovereignty, it should be up to US to determine who is allowed to enter and leave our country.

@TheCentralServices He was not convicted because we did not have the legislation in place to convict him.

"...(BBC) journalists were told: 'Do not call him an extremist – we must call him a radical. Extremist implies a value judgment.'
BBC staff were also cautioned against using library images suggesting the cleric is overweight, because he has 'lost a lot of weight...' "
