  • @PBPsexMACHINE you are mistaken, 240s were in canada with a 2.4L ka24e/de, 200s were in europe with the ca18det (since the sr20 was outlawed if i am not mistaken) and in japan was the 180sx with the good ol sr20.

  • Nitrous oxide is not flamable on its own. It is simply adding 2 atoms of oxygen attached to 1 nitrogen compared to 1 oxygen found in normal atmosphere.

    NOS is a company not the gas please use the right term. BY the way flame throwers are ricey. Built it right remove the cat and get flames that way.

  • werd it just adds more condensed air in the cylinder. anything under pressure can explode and when nitrous is in a tank it can explode from heat because of pressure not because its flammable.

  • liljamie im sorry to disappoint you but your wrong in one case. number 1 most exhaust for s14's have dual cans on the back but is a single pipe all the way to the cans and having it split at the end does not matter only if it is midway or before midway would it be a problem. number 2 imports with na motors try to get there motors to run rich because it gives more power to it and as for the fire its a switch you retard but thanks for trying to sound smart with cars you made my day :D

    A turbo'd engine has different injectors and a different tune that the same engine but not turbo'd.

    Turbo'd engines don't run rich.

  • its all to do with ratio, yes in a turbo car you do need to run rich to stop it from blowing up. but run to rich and you run poorly. but anyone should know you run rich

  • not neccessarily, all engines have a "stoichiometric" air fuel ratio, alot of the cars, even turbos... usually run too rich, the best way to make power is to run as lean as possible without causing detonation. im not saying that an engine with a blower on it needs to run as lean as a N/A engine, they usually just dont need to be as rich.

  • yet with such expensive engine builds, if at all the engine leans out it could cause huge amounts of damage so that's why it's better to run it slightly rich to reduce the chances of it ever leaning out.

  • the bee-r limits the revs by cutting ignition to your coils . has nothing to do with fuel controle/cut, when the correct amount of unspent gassiouse fuel and the temp is right , they cause combustion, it doesnt happen when you rev, it happens on the down rev, the beer gives intermitant signals that keep the rpm somewhet stable at a designated rpm. it all depends on how rich and or how hot... dont try me ..i know my shit bro..

  • .... It is a Nissan 200sx S14. Every 200sx of nissan has a turbo. Originally at 0,5 bar. But the engine can take atleast 1,2 bar.

    in australia it was sold as the 200SX in a turbo and non turbo in the s14

    the s15 200sx released in europe had a turbo and non turbo options

    the s13 as a silvia, 180sx and 200sx all came in turbo and non turbo versions across the CA18 and SR20 platforms

    the sr20 engines with ceramic turbos cant deal with boost past 1.2bar as they suffer hugely from detonation

  • In this car the SR20DET engine is mounted from the factory. All s14 have SR20DET. But this car does not have that engine. One can hear that if one has heard an SR20DET engine before. And this car does not have a turbo either :)

  • I drive a S14 SR20DET.The car in the video has some kind of flame kit.Its not the blow off valve.By the audio that car is not even turbo.The sound of the engine and blow off don't match.Oh ya and some dumb fuck was saying turbos don't back fire.I get plenty of small back fires while down shifting and changing gears.The big ones are crazy loud tho.Stand behind my car and when I make it back fire,the orange flame will burn your pants off and the shock wave will turn your nuts into jello.
